My Review: 4 1/2 stars
This was an interesting book. I could totally relate to Blair right off the bat. She's been there, done that, doesn't want to do it again. Then she met her kryptonite - West a.k.a Dark and Dangerous. She has no idea who he is, and doesn't really care. West is looking for a connection, and he finds one. He just didn't think he'd have to work so hard to find her again and to get her to stick around once she finds out who he is. But he does, and he does something for Blair that no one else ever has. So she gives him a chance. These two people are broken in their own ways, but together they are helping the other have something they might never find again. Does it start off in the wrong way? Yeah. So what? The point is they find something worth fighting for. They each have their challenges, but they accept the other as they are. That's rare. It's not something you just find every day. I would have liked to have a conclusion to the tale, but am really looking forward to the next book, so I'll deal with it. I'm very interested to see where these two will go and what will happen, because they're very combustible. Anything could happen. I'm looking forward to it.
