REVIEW: 5 stars

This was unlike anything I've ever read before. Hudson was a force to be reckoned with. He seemed to be in charge so much, very much an Alpha male. He came off as an ass, but very much redeemed himself in his actions. That's the thing with him, he's an action guy, not very much for words. Natalia also seemed to be very much in control. Gabriella was correct in her conviction the she would be the bridge for them. (Don't worry, when you read the book, you'll get it.) Natalia and Hudson are perfect for each other, they just don't see what's right in front of them. It's like that when it's been there for so long. It was such a different book. It was an all around story, and I enjoyed it very much. I'm a bit disappointed and confused because it seemed to me that the book centered so much around Gabriella, and so many bad things happened to her. But then I see that she is also in the next book in the series, and while I wait for that one, I can only hope that Gabriella finds what she wants and needs. I'm looking forward to reading that book as well, I like when authors keep me guessing, and Shayne did just that. And I enjoyed every minute of it.
