My Review: 4 1/2 stars
This was a great book to read. It was refreshing, and innovative, at least to me. I just love finding new authors in one of my favorite genres. I loved Nina! She was just amazing, how she took things in stride. Then to learn what happened to her parents is involved with what's happening to her? And she still kicks ass. I loved Frankie! To me it's pretty obvious that he has feelings for Nina, but doesn't want to let on. I think they'd be great together. Not really liking Max too much, but that's because he was being an ass. I thought the writing was fantastic, kept things moving along at a nice pace, and the characters are definitely relatable. Can't wait for the next book in this series, it should be awesome!
