My Review: 5 stars I am loving this series from Steph! This is the second book in the series, so you may want to start with Wanted By You before reading this one. That being said, this was a fantastic book. I loved Harper and the strength she found within to get through everything she was going through. When she meets Maverick, sparks fly. They are so good together, and I loved that they weren't battling each other to be together. They wanted to be together, they had other issues that they faced together that made them stronger, in my opinion. Maverick is holy hotness, alpha-male yet so supportive of Harper and caring, I just loved him! I love that Steph isn't afraid to tackle hot-topic issues and blend them into her story, making her characters vulnerable, yet strong and very likable. I think I loved this book almost as much as the first. I am definitely looking forward to the next book!
